The Anybus EtherTAP: 10/100 is a portable tool that provides the convenience of passive monitoring, granting you access to detailed information about your network’s behaviour. By using this tool to gain a better understanding of your network’s health, you can take proactive measures to improve your network’s performance.
With a USB connection to the laptop, the EtherTAP: 10/100 transfers the captured messages to the appropriate driver. This driver emulates an additional Ethernet port on the laptop and forwards messages to each application, ensuring a reliable monitoring solution for your network.
