PI Client (Basic and Advanced)
The basic course covers tag searching, creating ProcessBook displays, and using DataLink (MS Excel Add-in). The advanced course covers all end-user PI products, including PI ProcessBook, DataLink, PI Vision, and the PI Asset Framework.

Course Information
This training guides you through building and optimising an AF structure across multiple sites, improving data organisation and visualisation in PI Vision. Learn best practices for structuring assets, configuring attributes, and enhancing display options for better insights.
Basic Course – ProcessBook and Datalink Only: Overview of the PI system, its architecture, and key components, System Management tools, Tag administration, Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing backups Recommended admin tasks, Lots of tips and tricks.
Advanced Course – ProcessBook, DataLink, PI Vision PI Asset Framework: Overview of OSIsoft PI and PI ProcessBook, Datalink for Excel, PI Asset Framework, Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing backups, PI Vision (if applicable), Lots of tips and tricks.
Prerequisites
This course covers advanced content. Participants should have a technical qualification, experience working with digital communication systems, and strong proficiency in English.
